Thank you for shopping with Pawtation. We want you and your dog to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, this policy explains your options.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within [24-48 hours] of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not yet shipped. To cancel, email us at support@pawtation.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email support@pawtation.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within [1–2] business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping.
- For other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@pawtation.com within [7] days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: [e.g. used items, final-sale/clearance items, gift cards].
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after the stated period, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at support@pawtation.com and we'll help resolve it.
