Return & Refund Policy

At Pawtation, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14–30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Used or worn life jackets
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@pawtation.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement or full refund, at no extra cost to you.

7. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times can vary. If you still have concerns, reach out and we'll investigate.
